Our Mission

Where healing
finds a home.

Every woman who walks through our doors carries a story of survival. At Helping Hands Behavioral Health, we meet her exactly where she is — and walk alongside her toward the life she deserves.

We provide transitional housing, coordinated behavioral health care, education, and community for women in active recovery. Our environment is built on dignity, not obligation. Hope, not charity. We believe independence isn't given — it's cultivated, step by step, in the right environment.

You don't have to have it figured out to begin. You just have to begin.

"Every woman who walks through our doors carries a story of survival."

Founded in faith,
built in love.

Helping Hands Behavioral Health was founded by women from this community with a simple conviction: every woman deserves a real chance. Not a program. Not a bed. A genuine community that honors her dignity and nurtures her toward the life she chooses.

Based in Tucson, Arizona, HHBH serves women in active recovery from substance use, domestic violence, and abuse. We are more than a service provider — we are a community of belief that healing is possible for every woman who walks through our doors.
